DMO is an investment company established in Czech Republic focusing on investments in real estate assets primarily in the retail and industrial segments. - DMO’s portfolio with total area of 76.000 sqm is well diversified geographically in 21 different locations with c. 40% of the properties based in/around Prague vs. 60% in other locations in cities and towns in the Czech Republic.
- DMO continues to actively look to grow its portfolio both by acquisitions as well as new developments both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
- DMO currently has a retail portfolio of 37 properties in 20 different locations of the Czech Republic with total gross leasable area in excess of 32.000 sqm.
- In 2019, DMO acquired a factory building of Safran Zodiac Aerospace located in Plzen with total leasable area of 12.000 sqm.
- DMO has 32.000 sqm land bank under development which will include multiple retail properties.
Retail Segment:
DMO currently has a portfolio of 21 retail properties in the Czech Republic (11 Penny supermarkets, 3 Ahold supermarkets and 7 other retail properties) with total gross leasable area in excess of 32,000 sqm.
Industrial Segment:
In 2019, DMO acquired a factory building of Safran Zodiac Aerospace located in Plzen with total leasable area of 12.000 sqm.
Land Improvement Segment:
DMO has projects of land improvement on total area 25.500 sqm and new retail park areas will be constructed.
