KaleNobel achieved market leadership in flexible packaging and became the first flexible packaging company that received private equity investment in Turkey (2010 revenues: 48 mn USD)

2010: ARGUS Capital Partners acquired 50% of KaleNobel, Olcay Hephız remained as CEO and Chairman

2013: Acquired packaging assets of Big Drum Group, leading cone sleeve producer in Europe, located in Spain and Germany and transferred operations to Turkey

2016: Mondi Group acquired 100% of KaleNobel (2016 revenues: c.80 mn USD)

2017: Founder of TROM Investments
